This tee from Topshop might just be verging on hipster irony, but at such a purse friendly price it's ideal if you want to tap into the slogan trend without breaking the bank. It's quite summer friendly too, and I can imagine it looking ace with a midi skirt and sandals. If you're after something which packs a bit more of a punch, then you'd be hard pushed to go wrong with Etre Cecile- aka the brand of dreams! This grey marl vest top is a seriously suitcase ready staple if ever I saw one, and I'd definitely recommend checking out the rest of their collection- swoon worthy and then some!
House of Holland is another brilliant one stop shop if you're looking for some colourful, characterful pieces to compliment your wardrobe essentials. This sweater mixes cheeky sentiment with practicality, and it's well worth snapping up now if you're looking to make some investment buys for winter. Speaking of investment buys, slogans don't tend to get more sophisticated than those on offer at Bella Freud- and this classic knit is a truly timeless treasure- complete with bonus hearts on sleeve!
For a really punch packing purchase, Ochi Shop is a great port of call. This statement red tee is another eye catching piece which would slip seamlessly into any wardrobe. With summer shopping on the brain, it's well worth checking out what River Island have on offer at the moment-these two tees are ultra-affordable and versatile, as well as being instant mood boosters too!
